Even though I am on a do not call list I still receive calls constantly from solicitors usually about car warranty or some other stuff like that.

I have asked this company to remove me FIVE TIMES OVER THE PAST WEEK ... They continue to call me. Where can I file harrassment Charges??? They say they are "Card Member Services", but the phone number is owned and operated by TM, LLC. I have been unable to locate this company, but I won't give up until I have it and am able to file charges against them. I have received over 100 calls from this company from 14 different phone numbers in the past 3 weeks.

Recorded message asked me to press 1 to be connected to a live person if I wanted to reduce my interest rate. Did not say what account they were talking about. At the end of the message it said to press 2 to be removed from receiving future calls.

Called asking if I wanted to reduce my credit card interest rate, would not tell me what card other than Visa/MC.
I have called the number back just be asked if I want to be removed from their list.

This call came at 12:17 on 9/4 when I wasn't home. They did not leave a message on the answering machine.
